Description

Get ready for a thrilling adventure in Tetrarchia: Dux, an expansion to the base game Tetrarchia, where new enemies threaten the Roman Empire. As a co-Emperor, you'll need to work together with your fellow players to defend the empire against the invading Gothic army from eastern Europe and the Pirate ships challenging Roman rule over the Mare Nostrum. Luckily, a young Roman general, the Dux, may come to your aid, bringing new hope to the battle. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, Tetrarchia: Dux is easy to learn and play, even with its new challenges. The expansion includes three independent modules - the Dux, Pirates, and Goths - which can be combined in any way with the base game and its variants, providing endless new challenges. Playtime is fast, lasting between 20 to 40 minutes, making it perfect for a quick gaming session with friends or family, whether you're playing solo or with up to four players. Published in 2016, Tetrarchia: Dux brings a fresh wave of excitement to the original game, with its action points, cooperative gameplay, dice rolling, and point-to-point movement mechanics, all set in an ancient fighting scenario.
