Description

Alcatraz: The Scapegoat is a game of conflicted loyalties where 3 to 4 players work together to escape the famous prison, but with a twist - one player will be left behind as the scapegoat. The game is easy to learn, but navigating the complex web of alliances and betrayals is a different story. Players must complete tasks and gather items to progress, all while trying to become indispensable to the group. As players vote on who to blame for their lack of progress, the scapegoat is chosen, and the others move closer to freedom. With a modular board and random setup, each 60-minute playthrough is unique, offering high replayability. Designed by Rafał Cywicki, Krzysztof Cywicki, and Krzysztof Hanusz, Alcatraz: The Scapegoat is a thrilling semi-cooperative game that combines negotiation, bluffing, and strategy, making it perfect for mature players looking for a challenging and engaging experience.
