Description
Neuland is a game of logistics and planning where players develop a series of blank hexes representing mountains, forests, and grasslands. The goal is to build and use prestige properties, which allow players to place their family's coat-of-arms onto the board, with the first player to place all their coats of arms winning. To achieve this, players must gather raw materials, such as swords, cloth, and coins, which in turn require even more basic materials like iron ore, coal, and food. Players build buildings like Stonecutter's Huts and Smelters to cull these materials from the land, and these buildings can be used by any player. The challenge lies in planning logistical supply chains to process resources efficiently, while also keeping an eye on opponents' plans to potentially disrupt their supply chains. With its unique Time Track Mechanism, Neuland offers a complex and engaging gameplay experience for 2 to 4 players.
