Description
In the world of Seastead, you and your rival are vying for control of the last remnants of old Earth, four flotillas in an ocean world. The game is all about striking a balance between advancing your own interests and not sabotaging your opponent, as their failure could put the entire future of humanity at risk. You'll take turns diving for resources or building structures from your player mat, with each dive giving you a choice of resources, and the leftovers going to your opponent. With double-sided flotilla tiles, specialist cards, and multiple building paths, Seastead offers endless strategic possibilities. The game is designed for one to two players, and a typical play session lasts around 30 minutes. The rules are straightforward, making it easy for board game enthusiasts to jump in and start playing. As you navigate the challenges of Seastead, you'll need to think carefully about how to outmaneuver your opponent while still keeping the bigger picture in mind.
