Description

In Rome: Rise to Power, 2 to 4 players take on the roles of noble families vying for control of the ancient Roman nation. The goal is to gain popularity by influencing four key areas of Roman life: military campaigns, market supply, grand games, and political privileges. With easy-to-learn rules, players navigate five rounds of play, each divided into phases of dice rolling, placement, resolution, and scoring. As players compete, they'll use a innovative dice placement system, combined with special action cards, to build a unique deck and create a personalized gaming experience. With 60 minutes of playtime, Rome: Rise to Power offers a fun and strategic challenge, where the player with the most points after five rounds is declared the winner and becomes the first Imperator. Designed by Elad Goldsteen and published in 2015, this game is perfect for those who enjoy area majority, dice rolling, and card drafting mechanics.
