Description
In 101: le match, you'll be competing to create the best 5x5 grid of numbered tiles, with a twist - you won't know exactly what you're picking until it's in your grid. Each tile's back side gives you a hint, showing either two possible colors or a range of numbers, making it a fun challenge to strategize and make the most of the tiles you choose. As the game advances, the guessing gets easier, but that doesn't mean it gets less exciting - you'll still need to think carefully to outmaneuver your opponents. The goal is to score the best combinations in each line and column, with scoring similar to poker - but here's the catch: only the best combination in each line or column will earn points. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, 101: le match is easy to learn and can be played with one to three players in just 30 minutes or less. Designed by Gilles Monnet and released in 2021, this abstract strategy game is all about set collection, tile placement, and a little bit of luck. Whether you're playing solo or with friends, 101: le match is a fun and fast-paced game that's perfect for a quick challenge or a longer competition.
