Description
In Nuklear Winter '68, the world as we knew it has ended in a nuclear holocaust, and the former German territory is now a wasteland. The year is 1968, and surviving Nazi leaders and Wehrmacht forces have resurfaced from underground shelters, seeking to rebuild their empire. However, they're not the only ones vying for power - the mysterious Black Hand and the modern NATO alliance are also in the mix, making for a complex and intense conflict. Players take on the role of commanders, leading formations of platoons, including tanks, infantry, and helicopters, across a hexagon grid. The game's chit-pull system adds an element of uncertainty, as formations are activated by chit draw, and even the best-trained units can't guarantee activation. With a playtime of 120 to 240 minutes, Nuklear Winter '68 is a game of strategy and luck, perfect for 1 to 2 players looking for a challenging and immersive experience.
