Description

It's 1793 and the French Revolution is in full swing, with the people clamoring for change and the threat of invasion looming on the borders. In 1793: Patriots & Traitors, you'll take on the role of a radical, moderate, or conservative leader, navigating the chaos and trying to emerge victorious. With one to five players, you'll form alliances, manage resources, and make strategic decisions to influence the course of the revolution. The game is designed for players familiar with board games, and with a playtime of 30 to 120 minutes, you can dive into the action and intrigue of this pivotal moment in history. As you play, you'll need to balance cooperation and competition, working together to prevent the armies of Austria, Prussia, and Sardinia-Piedmont from reaching Paris, while also pursuing your own faction's agenda. With multi-use cards, leader cards, and area control mechanics, you'll have a wide range of tools at your disposal to shape the revolution and achieve your goals.
