Description

Neue Heimat is a tactical bidding game where 2 to 5 players compete to build the highest scoring houses in three building rows. The game is all about strategy and clever bidding, as players deal with colored cubes featuring numbers from 1 to 6, which are auctioned off in each round. The first cube of a new color you purchase secures that color for the rest of the game, influencing your final score. As you bid for cubes and additional pieces to modify your houses, you'll need to manage your finances carefully, using cheques worth 1 million euros to make your moves. The game ends when two rows are completed, with scoring based on the numbers on the levels and rooftops. But be warned, the third row can actually hurt your score, so you'll need to think carefully about your bidding strategy to come out on top in this challenging and unforgiving game.
