Description

In Mogul, 3 to 5 players take on the role of investors in a railway stock market, trying to outsmart each other and the market to come out on top. The game is easy to learn, with simple rules that get you started quickly, and plays out over about 45 minutes. Designed by Michael Schacht and published in 2015, Mogul combines auction and bidding mechanics with network and route building, as well as a dash of luck, to create a thrilling experience. As players buy and sell shares, they must navigate the ups and downs of the market, earning money and bidding power along the way. The game ends with a crash, and players earn final payouts based on their remaining shares, bidding chips, and strategically placed depots on the game board. With its unique blend of economic and train-themed gameplay, Mogul is a fun and engaging experience that will keep you coming back for more.
