Description
In Squatter, you'll take on the role of an Australian sheep farmer, working to become the most successful farmer among 2 to 6 players. The game is easy to learn, with simple rules that can be explained quickly, and plays out over about 90 minutes. You'll start with a sheep station, complete with 5 natural pasture paddocks stocked with sheep, and from there, you'll buy and sell sheep, as well as sell wool, to earn money and improve your pastures. As you navigate the challenges of farming, including droughts and foot rot, you'll need to strategically manage your resources to come out on top. With no player elimination, everyone stays in the game until the end, making for a fun and competitive experience. First released in 1962, Squatter has become a beloved classic, and its unique blend of commodity speculation, trading, and strategy makes it a great choice for fans of economic and farming games.
