Description

In Florence, you'll navigate the city on a grand Carnevale night, aiming to elevate your family's status by setting up meetings with the influential Medici figureheads. As a Euro-style area control game, the regions you want to hold change each round, keeping you on your toes. You'll dispatch family members to attend parties, give gifts, and engage in gossip, all while trying to get valuable face-time with the Medici. With time as your chief resource, you'll need to be cautious about which actions to take as the Carnevale reaches its peak and the streets fill with revelers. By meeting the conditions of "brag" cards and being at the front of each queue, you'll gain points to boost your family's status. Each Medici has their own preferences, and impressing them gets harder as the night goes on, but the payoff is worth it.
