Get ready to dive into the world of Arena: The Contest with the Tanares Villain Pack, the latest expansion to hit the scene in 2023. Designed by Michael Alves, this pack brings a new level of excitement to the base game, introducing powerful villains and monsters that will put your skills to the test. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, you'll be able to jump into the action in no time, whether you're playing solo or with up to three friends. The game's modular board and tile placement mechanics ensure that each playthrough is unique, keeping you on your toes as you navigate the grid and battle against your foes. As you delve into the Tanares Villain Pack, you'll discover a range of nefarious characters, each with their own abilities and stats, which will challenge you in different ways. The pack's focus on cooperative gameplay and variable player powers means that you'll need to work together with your fellow players to take down the villains, using your wits and strategic thinking to outmaneuver them. With a playtime of just 45 minutes, you can easily fit in a game or two, and the expansion's connection to the Epic Campaign and other Arena: The Contest games means that there's plenty of scope for further adventure and exploration. Whether you're a fan of fantasy, adventure, or just great gameplay, the Tanares Villain Pack is sure to deliver.
