Description
Get ready to unravel the fabric of time in The Boundary Beyond, the second Mythos Pack in The Forgotten Age Cycle for Arkham Horror: The Card Game. This cooperative game for 1 to 2 players drops you into the midst of a mysterious investigation in Mexico City, where the architecture is shifting and the timeline is on the verge of collapse. As you navigate this chaotic world, you'll need to make tough choices and sacrifices to restore the timeline before it's too late. With a playtime of 60 to 120 minutes, you'll be fully immersed in the game's intricate mechanics, including deck, bag, and pool building, hand management, and variable player powers. As you delve deeper into the game, you'll discover that the rules can be a bit complicated, but don't worry, the challenge is all part of the fun. Designed by MJ Newman and published in 2018, The Boundary Beyond is an expansion for the base game Arkham Horror: The Card Game, and it's packed with 60 standard size cards, including 25 character abilities and 35 scenario/encounter cards. The game's horror and fantasy themes, inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft, will keep you on the edge of your seat as you work to undo the mistakes of the past and shape the future. Will you be able to step beyond the boundary and restore the timeline, or will the forces of chaos prevail? There's only one way to find out.
