Description
Chicago is a game of strategy and influence, where 2 to 4 players compete to control the city's bars and casinos. The goal is to be the first to achieve one of three objectives: owning three of the four casinos, dominating all eight bars in the central square, or building a formidable crew of five thugs with four rings each. The game is set on a map of the city, with each quarter having its own casino and 22 bars of varying values. As players navigate the game's four phases, they can use thugs to help control different areas of the city. At the end of each phase, players receive income from the bars and casinos they own, and the game ends when a player achieves one of the objectives or when the final phase concludes, with the richest player declared the winner. With easy-to-learn rules and a playtime of 90 to 120 minutes, Chicago is a classic game of area majority and influence that's sure to keep you on the edge of your seat.
