The focus of this expansion is on the introduction of magic as a new resource, which adds a fresh layer of strategy to the game. A new central Citadel card is also introduced, offering players more opportunities to build and trade their way to victory. With 45 new cards to explore, Zauberer & Drachen brings a wealth of new ideas to the table, many of which were inspired by players from around the world. As an expansion to the Catan Card Game, this set is perfect for those looking to breathe new life into their favorite game or for newcomers who want to experience the magic of Catan in a whole new way.
