Description
Imperial Settlers is a game of empire building and strategy, where players take on the role of leaders from one of four major powers, including the Romans, Barbarians, Egyptians, and Japanese. As they settle in a new land, they must gather resources, build structures, and train soldiers to expand their empire. However, with limited space, war is inevitable, and players must navigate the challenges of conquest and competition. In this engaging card game, players build their empires over five rounds, taking actions to explore new lands, construct buildings, trade resources, and defeat enemies to earn victory points. With its unique blend of drafting, hand management, and variable player powers, Imperial Settlers offers a fun and challenging experience for 1 to 4 players, lasting around 45 to 90 minutes. Designed by Ignacy Trzewiczek, this 2014 game is easy to learn for those familiar with board games, making it a great addition to any gaming collection.
