With the help of your influence dice, you'll place them on members of the King's Council to collect gold, wood, stones, and soldiers. But be warned, you're not the only governor seeking the aid of the advisers, and you'll need to outsmart your opponents to get the best resources for your territory. The game of Kingsburg takes place over five years, with three production seasons for collecting resources, building structures, and training troops, and a winter season where you'll face off against invading armies. You'll need to balance your resource collection with your defense strategies, as the invading armies will stop at nothing to plunder your realm. The game mechanics are simple to learn, but the gameplay is engaging and challenging, making it perfect for 2 to 5 players.
