In Principato, 2 to 4 players take on the challenge of building and managing their own principalities in Northern Italy. The game is easy to learn, but don't let that fool you - it's full of tough decisions that require tactical thinking. As you navigate through three epochs, you'll need to balance the production of money and food to expand your principality and maintain a strong army of mercenaries. With a unique mechanism of action cards available to all players, you'll need to secure the most suitable cards and use them at the right time to outmaneuver your opponents.
