Description
In Risk: Godstorm, players take on the role of priests vying to lead their ancient civilization to dominance over the world and the Underworld. To achieve this, they must marshal their forces, conquer continents, and acquire powerful relics. The game is set on an ancient map of Europe, Northern Africa, and the fabled city of Atlantis, which can be a valuable prize but also a risky endeavor as it can sink into oblivion at any moment. Players compete over five rounds, known as Epochs, to earn the most Victory Points by controlling territories, regions, and sacred sites in the Underworld. The game offers a fresh twist on the classic Risk formula, with new mechanics such as invading the Underworld and redeeming defeated units. With its unique blend of strategy and mythology, Risk: Godstorm is an exciting and challenging experience for 2 to 5 players, offering a new perspective on the classic Risk gameplay.
