Description
In The Great Fire of London 1666, you're one of the wealthy elite who own property around the city, and it's up to you to save it from the devastating flames. The Lord Mayor has failed to act, so it's down to you and your fellow players to lead trained bands of militia to fight the fire and protect your interests. You'll need to make tough decisions about which districts to save and which to sacrifice, all while trying to outmaneuver your opponents. As you navigate the burning city, you'll use action points to suppress the fire, create fire breaks, and even destroy blocks of housing to prevent the inferno from spreading. Will you prioritize your own properties or try to save the city's most famous landmarks? The player with the most property left standing will be victorious, but saving the city could win you the hearts and minds of the people. With 3 to 6 players and a playtime of 80 to 120 minutes, The Great Fire of London 1666 is a thrilling game of strategy and survival.
