Description

Get ready to embark on a thrilling adventure with The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – Nightmare Deck: A Storm on Cobas Haven, a challenging expansion designed for 1 to 2 players. Published in 2018 by game designer Caleb Grace, this cooperative game throws you into the midst of a city under siege, where you must defend the citizens of Dol Amroth from the invading Corsair fleet. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, you'll be able to dive right into the action, using your hand management skills and variable player powers to outmaneuver the enemy. As you navigate the treacherous waters, the Nightmare Deck increases the battle's difficulty, introducing new objective cards and filling the invaders' ranks with formidable vessels like the Ramming Ship. You'll need to think strategically and make the most of your newfound nautical prowess to gain the upper hand. With 20 cards to swap with specific cards from the A Storm on Cobas Haven Adventure pack encounter deck, you'll be able to raise the difficulty of the scenario to nightmare level, putting your skills to the test. Will you find the ships you need to confront the Corsairs, or will the increasing difficulty destroy your will to continue? There's only one way to find out – gather your courage and join the battle to defend Dol Amroth.
