Description
Picture yourself on a wind‑blasted shore in 832 AD, a fresh‑scented Viking settlement sprouting from the mist. VITA: Born in 832 – Rise of the Vikings drops 2‑4 players into that raw, medieval world and lets you build, barter and battle your way to glory in about an hour and a half. The rules are so quick to pick up that you’ll be trading furs, hammering out raiding crews and snapping up new lands before the first ale has even cooled. Thanks to a modular board each game feels different, while a snappy English auction and a lively market keep the economy humming. You’ll place workers to scout new territories, tell the saga of your clan with storytelling cards, and collect victory points that double as a resource to fuel even bigger exploits. Designed by Kevin Blank and Peter Kuhn, the game blends simple action/event mechanics with deep strategy, making every raid, trade and treaty feel like a genuine slice of Viking life.
