Description
In Yspahan, you'll take on the role of a merchant trading with the city, trying to score points by placing your merchandise in the right shops and sending them to the caravan. The game is set in 1598, when Yspahan becomes the capital of the Persian empire, and the city is experiencing a period of cultural and economic growth. As a merchant, you'll want to take advantage of this expansion to earn the most points. The game is easy to learn, and a roll of the dice determines which actions are available and how powerful they will be. You can earn points in the short-term by claiming shops or sending traders to the caravan, or improve your infrastructure by constructing buildings or picking up action cards. With 2 to 4 players and a playtime of 45 to 60 minutes, Yspahan is a fun and engaging game that's perfect for a evening with friends.
