Description

Bootleg is a card game that drops you into the high-stakes world of a rum runner in Prohibition-era America, where the goal is to collect enough sets of booze to satisfy the thirsty populace of a roaring American city. You'll be racing against up to four friends to be the first to get your hands on the goods and make a sweet delivery, all while navigating the complex web of crime families and famous gangsters who can either help or hinder your operation. With the roll of the dice and the use of underground casino cards, your fortunes can change in an instant, adding an extra layer of excitement to the game. This easy-to-learn game is perfect for a fun and competitive game night with two to five players, and no two games are ever the same. As you draw cards and take actions, you'll need to manage your cash and your collection of booze carefully, or risk having other players take advantage of you. The first player to collect three full sets of booze, a vehicle, and a drop-off location wins the round, but the game can be extended by tracking the total value of the winning player's haul and competing to reach a pre-set value. With its unique blend of betting, bluffing, and commodity speculation, Bootleg is a game that will keep you on the edge of your seat and coming back for more.
