Description

In the board game Opera, 2 to 4 players take on the role of bringing opera to the public, building great opera houses in cities like Venice, Vienna, and Paris. The game is set across three periods - Baroque, Classicism, and Romanticism - and features the music of famous composers like Händel, Monteverdi, and Mozart. Players must cleverly budget and manage their resources to gain control and succeed, building new opera houses, scouting for new operas, and earning money. As players navigate the game's 9 rounds, they must plan carefully and make strategic decisions to seize the initiative and gain victory points.
