Description

In Terminus, you're the boss of a transit company tasked with building a subway system that connects the city's districts. This isn't just about laying down tracks, though - it's about navigating the complex world of resource management, development, and economics. With 1 to 5 players, you'll take turns circling the city, making strategic decisions about what actions to take, from purchasing materials and upgrades to lobbying for projects and building new stops and rails. As the game unfolds over 90 to 180 minutes, the economy will shift and resources will become scarce, forcing you to think on your feet and outmaneuver your opponents. Your goal is to earn prestige by completing public projects and fulfilling your own private agendas, all while keeping your subway lines on track. With a unique blend of mechanics, including action drafting, grid movement, and worker placement, Terminus is a challenging and engaging game that requires strategy and cunning to win. Designed by Earl Aspiras and Tom Volpe, and published in 2024, Terminus is a game that will keep you coming back for more, as you strive to build the most efficient and effective subway system in the city.
