Description

In Celtae, a game for 1 to 4 players, you'll take on the role of a leader of an ancient Celtic tribe, navigating the challenges of building and defending your citadels against the Roman Empire. With a playtime of 50 to 100 minutes, this game is designed for those familiar with board games, with rules of normal complexity. As you make your way around the rondel, you'll swap workers to perform actions, using farmers, builders, soldiers, and nobles to boost your progress. As you build and expand your citadels, battle Roman armies, and recruit new workers, you'll need to balance your short-term goals with long-term strategy. With the favor of the druid order and the power of your leader card, you can unlock powerful combos and gain a strategic advantage. Will you play it safe and earn smaller rewards, or take risks to achieve greater victories? In Celtae, the choice is yours, and the fate of your tribe hangs in the balance.
