Description
In the not-so-distant future, the world as we know it has become a distant memory, and it's up to you to build a new community in Life in Reterra. This 2024 release from designers Ken Gruhl and Eric M. Lang is a fun and interactive game for 2 to 4 players that can be learned quickly, making it perfect for game nights with friends and family. With a playtime of just 35 minutes, you can easily fit in a game or two in one evening. Each player starts with a single land tile and must expand their community by adding new tiles, each with its own unique terrain and features. As you build your community, you'll have the opportunity to construct buildings, place inhabitants, and collect relics, all of which can earn you points at the end of the game. But be careful, because your opponents can also sabotage your efforts with the right building cards. With a variety of building sets to choose from, each with its own unique abilities and challenges, no two games of Life in Reterra are ever the same. The game ends when all players have 16 tiles in their community, and the player with the most points, earned from their buildings, inhabitants, relics, and terrain, is declared the winner. With its easy-to-learn rules and fast-paced gameplay, Life in Reterra is a great addition to any board game collection.
