Description
Kansas Pacific is a tactical train game where you'll compete with other players to build railroad empires across Kansas. With 3 to 6 players, the game is perfect for a fun night with friends or family. You'll purchase auctioned shares to run or share in the profits of one of six railroads, each with its own path to success. As you build your railroad, you'll gain income by passing through various Kansas cities and towns, with bigger payouts for reaching major hubs like Wichita or Topeka. The game takes about 100 minutes to play, and with normal complexity rules, it's easy for board game enthusiasts to jump in. The goal is to end up with the most cash on hand, and to get there, you'll need to strategically build your railroad westward to claim land grants and bonuses for reaching the Colorado border. With its unique blend of auction, network building, and stock holding mechanics, Kansas Pacific offers a thrilling challenge for players to outmaneuver each other and come out on top.
