Description
Blockade Runner is a game of strategic risk and reward, set during the American Civil War. Players take on the roles of entrepreneurs, competing to make the most money by shipping cargo in and out of the South. With easy-to-learn rules, 2 to 6 players can join in on the fun, navigating the challenges of the blockade in a 90-minute playtime. As players bid for access to commodities, market prices, and newly built ships, they must weigh the risks and rewards of their decisions. Will they play it safe or take a chance on profitable but dangerous black market goods? The game's variable phase order and auction mechanics add an extra layer of excitement, as players must adapt to changing circumstances and outmaneuver their opponents to come out on top.
