Description

In Aqualin, a quick and easy-to-learn abstract strategy game, two players dive into an underwater world of colorful sea creatures. Designed by Marcello Bertocchi and released in 2020, this 20-minute game is all about forming groups and outsmarting your opponent. Each turn, you'll select one of six stones and place it on an empty field, trying to create large groups of either the same color or identical sea creatures. As you play, you'll have the ability to move a stone before placing a new one, allowing you to form new swarms and block your opponent's plans. The larger the group, the more points it's worth, and the player with the most points at the end wins. With its simple rules and deep strategy, Aqualin is a great choice for anyone looking for a fun and challenging game that's easy to learn but hard to master.
