Description
In the city of Copan, the Maya civilization is thriving, but its downfall is inevitable. As a member of one of the ruling families, you'll navigate the city's golden age, working to increase your influence and wealth while securing your legacy for generations to come. However, the city's decline is looming, and you'll face dwindling resources, a crumbling political structure, natural disasters, and war, all of which will hinder your progress. As you play Copan: Dying City, a game for 1 to 4 players, you'll experience a unique blend of worker placement and tile placement mechanics, with a reversed difficulty curve that starts out easy but becomes increasingly challenging as resources dwindle. Every move you make will have a lasting impact on the game, making each decision crucial to your family's place in the history of Copan.
