Description
La Città is a game of city building and expansion, where 2 to 5 players compete to attract the largest population to their cities. Set in the Italian countryside, each player starts with two cities and must build farms, quarries, marketplaces, and bathhouses to create a thriving metropolis. As players expand their cities, they can also build structures that give them influence in key categories, allowing them to sway the population in their favor. The game is won by the player with the most points after six turns, with points awarded for well-rounded cities, well-fed populations, and overall population size. With its unique blend of city building, commodity speculation, and area majority mechanics, La Città offers a challenging and engaging experience for fans of strategy and civilization games.
