In Extrablatt, you and your friends take on the role of editors, competing to create the most compelling newspaper. With 3 to 4 players, the game is perfect for a fun night in with friends. You'll choose stories from various categories like politics, sports, and entertainment to run in your newspaper, trying to time it just right to maximize points. The later you run a story, the more it's potentially worth, but size matters too - only the biggest story of each type will score. As you navigate the 90-minute game, you'll need to balance timing and story size to come out on top. With normal complexity rules, experienced board game players will have no trouble diving in. Designed by Karl-Heinz Schmiel and Wulfdieter Hornung, Extrablatt has been a hidden gem since its release in 1991.
