Description

In the world of Confucius, 3 to 5 players take on the roles of leading families vying for power and influence in the Imperial government. This game of subtle strategy and delicate maneuvering is set in the Ming Dynasty, where players must navigate the complexities of Confucian philosophy to come out on top. With a playtime of 100 minutes, players will need to carefully manage their action points to build relationships, exert influence, and gain control over key ministries and fleets. As players compete for dominance, they'll need to balance their efforts to lead exploration and trading fleets, invade foreign lands, and curry favor with the Emperor. While the game rules may take some time to learn, the payoff is well worth the effort. With its unique blend of area majority and territory building mechanics, Confucius offers a challenging and engaging experience for fans of political and strategic gameplay.
