Description
In Castle Risk, you'll start with one castle on the board and a simple goal: be the last player standing by capturing all your opponents' castles. This game is part of the Risk family, but with some key twists that set it apart. For one, you'll receive armies at the end of your turn, not the beginning, adding a new layer of strategy to the classic Risk combat mechanism. As you play, you'll use cards to influence the game, from modifying dice rolls to forcing temporary non-aggression pacts with other players. You can even spy on your opponents, discarding one of their cards to gain an advantage. With easy-to-learn rules and a playtime of around 120 minutes, Castle Risk is a fun and challenging game for 2 to 6 players. Published in 1986, it's a classic game of territory building and strategy that's still exciting today.
