Description

Get ready for a thrilling adventure in ancient Egypt with Feast & Famine, a game designed by Jason Conforto that's easy to learn and fun to play. In this 45-minute game for 2 to 4 players, you'll embark on a journey to gather supplies and save the House of Israel from the impending famine. The game is divided into two sides, representing the seven years of abundance and the seven years of famine. During the first side, you'll have seven rounds to collect food tiles, such as oil, water, wheat, and cattle, by exchanging labor points. Your goal is to earn Pharaoh Medallions, which will ultimately determine your chances of winning. As the famine sets in, the game takes a dramatic turn. You'll use your Pharaoh Medallions to bid against other players to rescue Joseph's family members, each worth a different number of points based on their birth order. The player who accumulates the most points by saving the most valuable family members will be declared the winner. With its unique blend of auction, bidding, and tile placement mechanics, Feast & Famine offers a captivating experience that's full of strategy and luck. First published in 2010, this game has been entertaining players for years, and its religious theme adds a fascinating layer of depth to the gameplay. Whether you're playing with friends or family, Feast & Famine is sure to provide an unforgettable experience.
