Description
Subdivision is a city-building game where players compete to create the best possible neighborhood. Each player has their own area to develop, filling it with residential, commercial, industrial, civic, and luxury zones, as well as improvements like roads, schools, and parks. The game is easy to learn, and with 45 minutes of playtime, it's a great fit for a weeknight game night with friends or family. As players take turns placing hex-shaped zone tiles, they'll balance the needs of their subdivision, trying to create a thriving community that will outscore their opponents. With a unique blend of drafting, dice rolling, and tile placement, Subdivision offers a fun and challenging experience for 1 to 4 players. By the end of the game, each player will have created a custom neighborhood, complete with interacting zones and improvements, and the player with the best subdivision will be declared the winner.
