Description

Urban Sprawl is a game where 2 to 4 players take on the roles of entrepreneur, tycoon, and politician to develop a hypothetical town into a thriving metropolis. Players gather valuable Permits, which can lead to wealthy Investments or new building Contracts, and strive to become dominant in different building Zones to acquire beneficial political offices. As the game progresses, buildings will rise and fall, with players earning Wealth and Prestige along the way. The game is played over a series of turns, with each player having 6 Action Points to spend on activities like acquiring new Building Permit cards, constructing buildings, or gaining Favors. The goal is to build in areas that provide better payouts and construct more buildings in specific zones to win elections and gain special abilities. The player with the most Prestige at the end of the game is crowned the winner, having successfully guided their town into a vibrant and revered metropolis.
